Mechanical Length Counter with Precise Rotation Control and Instant Zero Reset for Textile and Printing

Mechanical length counter for textiles, printing materials, and artificial leather Key benefits Precise rotation: antislip slot on the main shaft stabilizes the wheel to prevent slippage and ensure consistent measurements. Reliable counting: the mechanism records one meter for every three rotations of the wheel, providing an accurate tally up to 99999. Fast reset: press the handle to all digits to zero and start a measurement session instantly. Onthespot convenience: handheld design lets operators measure lengths directly from rolls or sheets without moving material to a separate station. Reduces waste and rework: consistent, repeatable counts help cut material overuse and speed up cutting and finishing tasks. How it solves common problems Eliminates slippage errors that cause undercounting or overcutting by locking the wheel rotation to the main shaft. Avoids manual estimation and timeconsuming tape measures by delivering an immediate, numeric length readout. Simplifies batch work with a counting capacity, reducing interruptions during long runs. Key attributes and performance Counting rate: one meter equals three wheel rotations for efficient measurement conversion. Capacity: numeric display counts up to 99999 before reset is needed. Operation: mechanical counter reset via handle press for quick runs. Compatibility: suitable for a wide range of flexible roll and sheet materials, including textiles, printed substrates, and synthetic leather. Practical use scenarios Apparel production: measure fabric directly from rolls to verify required yardage before cutting and reduce material waste. Printing and signage: confirm printed lengths of banners and rolls during finishing and trimming to ensure correct dimensions. Upholstery and automotive trim: tally lengths of artificial leather for seat covers and panels when cutting to or preparing inventory. Easy to use, dependable in daily workflows, and built to deliver repeatable counts for material handling and production tasks.
