More granular taste 125 g

Granular preparation for vegetable broth without preservatives or glutamate. Contains rice miso, which is obtained from the fermentation of the starch present in rice by a particular class of fungal microorganisms, Aspergillus oryzae, and gives an intense and unique flavor to the vegetable broth. This preparation is a healthier broth, with a rich aroma and taste, pleasantly savory. Originating from the oriental culinary and gastronomic tradition and known as dòujiàng, miso was imported by the Japanese in the early 13th century and used as one of the main foods of the less well-off classes. Today it is a food known and used all over the world as a condiment for soups, vegetable broth and dishes of all kinds. It is advisable to add it to the water for the broth, it can also be used for flavoring, distributed on dishes while cooking. Keep in a cool and dry place. Duration 1 year.
