Biogra's Nerone rice is native to China and has a black color. According to Chinese tradition, this rice, also called, forbidden rice, was only cultivated to be consumed by the emperor and his court. It is recommended to use to boil or make paellas, casserole rice, soups, salads or to accompany any dish. Approximate cooking time: 45 to 55 minutes.
