Buckwheat will provide you with a satiating effect and will help control your appetite. It also contains all the essential amino acids and is a rich source of fiber and carbohydrates. As a result, it will help regulate intestinal transit and provide you with an extra dose of energy. It is recommended to boil 2 measures of water for 1 of buckwheat and add salt to taste.
