Ecosana's fine whole grain oat flakes are obtained by hulling, grinding and pressing 100% oat grains from organic farming, ensuring the absence of gluten throughout the entire production chain until it reaches the final consumer. Ecosana oat flakes have undergone several exhaustive controls that guarantee that those with celiac disease who must follow a gluten-free diet can enjoy all the benefits and nutritional properties of oats. It comes in the form of fine oat flakes, which are very quick to cook. They are ready in 5 to 10 minutes. Beta-glucans contribute to maintaining normal blood lipoprotein levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of oat beta-glucan. Origin: Agriculture EU (Finland) It is recommended to cook for 5 to 10 minutes in a large amount of water, milk, soup... 5 tablespoons (35 g) of oat flakes, stirring constantly so that it does not stick to the bottom.
