Miel de Milflores de Mielar comes from simultaneous blooms in wild areas of the Iberian Peninsula. Its flavor and aroma are intense, with an air of scrubland. It is reputed to be a good digestive, blood regenerating and healing function. Honey is a very energetic food, as it has a high sugar content, between 70 and 80.
