Description

Soy sauce is made from the fermentation of soybeans, toasted wheat, water and salt, making it a great substitute for salt. This is an organic product of Asian origin, packaged in a glass bottle. It's the ideal product for seasoning a variety of dishes. Origens Bio Soy Sauce is made by fermenting soybean paste and toasted grains (usually wheat) with salt and the fungus Aspergillus oryzae. Nutritionally, it has some protein and a high salt content, so it should be used in small quantities as a condiment. It also contains small amounts of iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and manganese, essential nutrients for energy production and the normal functioning of the body's defenses and nervous system. It is recommended to use as an alternative to salt. It is recommended to add to cooked or sautéed vegetables, sauces, pastas and vegetable pâtés. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
