Description

Organic Wheat Mother Pasta by La Finestra sul Cielo is a high quality dried wheat sourdough because it is certified organic. Excellent for all your bakery recipes, such as bread and pizza. We recommend using 5 g of sourdough for every 100 g of flour. Prepare the dough and let it rise for 8 hours at 25-27 ° C, then form the bread and let it rise for another 2 hours. Bake at 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes, it does not require the addition of yeast. Close the jar carefully after opening. Store in a cool and dry place, away from light and heat sources.
