What vitamins and minerals does PEDIAKID 22 Vitamins and Trace Elements contain?
Vitamin C: the essential vitamin to energize, stimulate natural defenses and help iron absorption.
Vitamin D: contributes to calcium absorption, essential for bone growth and participates in immune defenses.
B-complex vitamins: play an important role, especially in energy metabolism (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B12), nervous system function (B1, B2, B3, B6, B8, B12) and immune system (Vitamins B6, B9, B12) and red blood cell production (Vitamins B2, B6, B12).
Copper: is the trace element recommended to support immune function.
Selenium: is a powerful antioxidant that acts especially in synergy with vitamin E to protect the body's cells.
Iodine: This trace element contributes to the normal growth of children, contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and participates in cognitive function.
It can be used as soon as the diet is diversified. Shake before use.
Before 5 years old: 1 teaspoon 2 times a day after meals.
After 5 years old:
2 teaspoons 2 times a day after meals.
1 teaspoon = 5 ml, in a 1-month program.
It will be renewed several times a year if necessary.
