Description

Arganour Peppermint essential oil is obtained by distillation of the leaves of the peppermint plant, it is ideal for cosmetic use and for aromatherapy. This essential oil is well known for its fresh aroma, which is used both to eliminate bad odors and bad breath. It is effective against nasal congestion, making it a must during winter. Because of its high menthol content, peppermint essential oil serves to cool the skin and is effective in invigorating skin products such as foot lotions and after-sun creams. It can be added to the bath to tone and stimulate the skin. It has calming effects for tired and swollen legs. Peppermint essential oil blends well with rosemary, lavender, lemon, and eucalyptus oils. Shake before use. Dilute 1 to 5 drops in 25 ml of neutral base and apply as needed. Do not apply undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucosa. Dilute in vegetable oil or use with a diffuser. Do not eat. Store the essential oil in a dry, cool place and out of the reach of light.
