The bread stone distributes heat evenly for optimal-cooking, which is great for cooking for pizza on the grilling or in the oven. Perfect for baking pizza, bread and cookie in the home. Fully preheat the stone to 500 before baking.dusts the pizza peel with cornmeal or other flour before putting the dough on it, next transfer the pizza to the stone. When the stone has cooled, run it under warm water while scrubbing with the brush. Never use soap or detergent to clean the stone.
