Output Voltage: 1-36V, automatic step-up and step-down. 1-36V output is achievable within 5-20V input range. Output Current: 0.3-6A adjustable, maximum 6A. Actual current is limited by output power and input power. Output Power: Recommended within 120W, peak 200W. Do not operate continuously at peak power for long hours, otherwise the power switching tube may be burned easily. Protection Circuits External Power Reverse Polarity Protection Adopts high-power NMOS low-side reverse connection protection to prevent internal circuit damage from reverse wiring. External Overvoltage Protection Equipped with 26V TVS and fuse to protect the device from high-voltage damage. Battery Secondary High-temperature PTC Protection Uses Japan Komatsu LC77AY-1 thermal switch. It cuts off battery power automatically when temperature reaches 77℃, providing secondary protection if MCU overheat protection fails. Output Anti-backflow Circuit 60V PMOS high-side anti-backflow design. Op-amp voltage comparator is adopted for detection to effectively avoid reverse current risk. Output RC Spike Absorption Circuit RC spike absorption circuit reduces instantaneous voltage surge impact. 40V TVS installed at the output to block accidental high-voltage impact.
