Just add yeast or organic sourdough: How to prepare your bread by hand: 1) Mix the contents of the bag, the Lev'Quinoa, oil and water with a wooden spoon. 2) When the texture of the dough is homogeneous, aerate it by lifting it with the spoon for 1-2 min. 3) Pour the mixture into a mold, cover with a slightly damp cloth and let rise for 1h30 at room temperature 25°C (room or oven oven).  4) Bake for 45-50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C. How to prepare your bread in the bread machine: Perform steps 1) and 2) then place the dough in the bowl.
