N1 CERAMIC Diamond Grinding Wheel - Fine: The diamond wheel is used to sharpen slightly dull knives. 2. Grinding Wheel Tungsten Steel N2 COARSE - Coarse: The tungsten steel blade is used for repairing severely damaged or very dull knives. Use every 6 months or as needed. 3. Finishing grinding wheel N3 - Precise FINE: Ceramic is used to remove burrs and polish sharp edges. This sharpener keeps the blade always sharp. ATTENTION: This product is NOT suitable for ceramic knives and serrated knives. Do NOT back and forth to avoid damaging the blade of your knife. It may also shorten the life of the sharpener. Steps of use: Step 1: Place the sharpener on a stable surface and firmly hold the non-slip handle with one hand and the knife with the other. Step 2: Place the back of the blade in the sharpening wheel of your choice, keeping the knife blade straight and not swinging it left or right. Step 3: Press down with moderate force and pull in the same direction 3-5 times. Do NOT back and forth. Step 4: Pull the blade from its base to the tip of the knife, Do NOT push back and forth.
