It is recommended to take 4 capsules twice a day, at noon and in the evening, to be swallowed with water before meals. Recommended supplementation period of 1 month, to be renewed if necessary. Not recommended for people allergic to bee products, pregnant women and children under 3 years old. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children.
