Ratchet Cargo Tensioners 4-Pack 1-Inch Width 0.8 Tons Breaking Force

The stainless steel ratchet tensioner features a silver finish and measures approximately 110mm by 47mm, engineered to handle a working tension of 250kg and a breaking tension of 800kg. It is designed for securing cargo using standard 25mm wide webbing in routine transport and storage tasks. 1. Manufactured from stainless steel with a silver surface, the unit operates effectively within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +100°C for the metal housing and up to +80°C when paired with polypropylene straps. 2. The package contains four ratchet tensioners, each measuring approximately 110mm by 47mm, intended for use with standard 25mm wide fastening belts. 3. Proper operation requires rotating the fastening belt at least nine quarters of a turn around the ratchet shaft before applying tension to ensure correct mechanical engagement. 4. Everyday use involves keeping the webbing away from sharp edges, avoiding knots and twisting, and refraining from placing additional weight on the device during securing processes.
