Ratchet Hub Removal Tool for 240s and 240 Models

It is made of high-strength chromium-molybdenum steel, heat-treated for increased hardness. One end is designed for installation and removal of DT Swiss planetary ratchet hubs compatible with 240S, 240, 340, 350, 440, 540, and other planetary ratchet wheelsets. The other end is intended for installation and removal of DT Swiss EXP ratchet wheels, specifically for the newer DT EXP 54T ratchet system on DT240 and DT180 hubs. It is not compatible with older hub models. This two-in-one tool is used with a 22 mm open-end wrench or adjustable wrench: tighten clockwise and loosen counterclockwise. Precision CNC turning and polishing ensure a smooth, rounded finish that protects both the hub and user’s hands. Compact and ergonomic design for ease of use.
