Mil Flores raw honey is made from the nectar of thousands of flowers by bees located in the municipality of Molinicos, in the Sierra del Segura. It is harvested using traditional methods and lovingly hand-packed. It has a very sweet and floral flavor. Its crystallization gives it two textures separated by their density. If you receive it with two textures, don't be alarmed The denser part remains at the bottom and the liquid part at the top. Depending on the type of flower the bees pollinate, the crystallization will be more or less dense/liquid. Pairing It's perfect to eat on a simple piece of toast with a good cup of coffee to start the day with energy Raw honey is a pure, unfiltered product that comes directly from the hive.
