Description

Oil extracted from the bran and germ of rice, the finest parts of the grain, with an extremely delicate flavor and aroma. The low viscosity of this oil reduces its absorption by the foods to which it is added during cooking. Therefore a smaller quantity is required for its use in the kitchen, considerably reducing the caloric intake of each dish. Its high smoke point (250 ° C) makes it a stable oil even at high temperatures: this allows to avoid the formation of substances harmful to the body during cooking. It is recommended to use for cooking and frying. Keep in a cool and dry place. Duration 9 months.
