It is recommended that children 3 years and older take 1 ampoule daily on an empty stomach, alone, with water or juice. Empty the contents of the ampoule into a glass, breaking the two ends at the ring with the plastic ring inside the box. Shake before use. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children. Not recommended in case of asthma or allergy to bee products. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight.
