Active agents: To prepare a Marygold tea, simply dash a heaped teaspoonful of the flowers with hot boiling water and let it simmer for five to ten minutes. One cup in the morning and one cup in the evening will calm the nerves and facilitates a restful sleep. The tea brings relaxation and has positive effects on kidneys, liver and gall bladder.
