Recommended for joint support: Take one (1) tablet three times a day in divided doses, preferably on an empty stomach, or as advised by a physician. To improve mood: Take one (1) tablet four times a day in divided doses, preferably on an empty stomach or as recommended by a physician. Take with co-factors vitamins B12, B6, and folic acid. Individuals diagnosed with bipolar disorder should not take SAMe. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
