The authentic, old-fashioned sauerkraut flavor and crunchy structure add a touch of juniper berries that give sauerkraut an extra dimension. The fermentation of white cabbage to sauerkraut is done by different types of lactic acid bacteria, which are naturally already found in white cabbage. In the last phase of production, the sauerkraut is pasteurized. It is recommended to eat to the consumer's taste or as a garnish. After opening, store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
