Lee Swanson's Ultimate Probiotic Formula is a very powerful probiotic supplement, with 66 billion organisms per vegetarian capsule. It includes more than 20 billion acidophilic organisms along with select cultures like the famous Kyo-Dophilus mix. Ultimate Probiotic Formula also includes NutraFlora short-chain prebiotic FOS to nourish probiotic organisms and help them thrive. Be sure to take the supplement with food as directed on the label. Doing so will raise the stomach's pH level to 3 or 4, effectively allowing the organisms to survive the acid in your stomach and eliminating the need for an enteric coating. It is recommended to take one vegetable capsule a day with food and water. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
