Sparx Honing Kit

Sparx Honing Kit – Honing Stone and Leather Strop Set. The honing kit is included with every Sparx grinder. Don't have a Sparx yet and simply need good tools for deburring? Or is your set worn out? Then you can buy it individually here. The set includes: Honing stone, grit 240; leather strop. Here's how to deburr according to the Sparx instructions: Honing stone: guide flat along the side of the blade with light pressure – four full strokes per side. Leather strop: pull across the edges at a 45-degree angle – four full strokes per side. Good to know: For coated steel, use only the leather strop or the Sparx Coated Steel Kit.
