FOR ELV/ESL Steering Lock Emulator Compatible with BMW E90, E91, E92, E93, E60, E61, E63, E64, and MINI R55, R56. Emulates the ELV (Electronic Steering Lock) module. Plug-and-play installation — no coding or additional hardware required. Enables locking and unlocking functions via communication with the CAS/ELV module. The ELV is an electronic component in the steering column. If it fails, the vehicle may not start even with a valid key. This emulator provides a functional replacement signal to bypass a faulty ELV. Note: - Diagnostic trouble codes may need to be cleared using a compatible scan tool. - Professional installation is strongly recommended. - Not intended for use on vehicles with undiagnosed or non-ELV-related starting issues. - Designed to emulate a fully operational steering lock module. - Installation guide not included.
