The ZK-SMC01 is an operation control module designed for single-axis stepper motors featuring automatic, manual, and serial port control functions. It enables users to set distance, speed, and cycle times that remain saved even when the device is powered off. 1. This single-axis controller accepts a universal DC 5-30V power supply and operates with stepper motors using common cathode motor signals. 2. System functions include acceleration and deceleration control, input reverse polarity protection, and remote communication via TTL serial port. 3. The unit supports a speed range of 0.1-999 laps/min with 1-128 segment selection and allows setting up to 9999 forward or reverse pulses. 4. Designed for general industrial control, the plastic housed module withstands operating temperatures from -5°C to 60°C in non-condensing environments. 5. Package content includes one stepper motor controller.
