Children from 4 years: 1 dessert spoon (5 ml) 3 times a day, before meals. Adults : 1 tablespoon (10 ml) 3 times a day, before meals. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids.
