Description

Tendo Granules and tablets of Orthomol food supplement that contains micronutrients for connective tissue, is for the dietary treatment of irritative states of the tendons. It has the necessary micronutrients for the metabolism and synthesis of collagen: chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine, hyaluronic acid and hydrolyzed collagen and other essential micronutrients for the normal formation of connective tissue such as vitamin C, vitamin E and manganese. It also contains Omega 3 fatty acids and enzymes (bromelain and papain). It is recommended to take the contents of one sachet (= daily ration) daily, dissolved in 150–200 ml of still water or fruit juice during or after a meal, along with the Omega-3 fatty acid capsules. It is recommended to take the enzyme tablet at least half an hour before a meal. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
