This thermostatic mixing valve is used to regulate the temperature in chiller (CWU) and carbon monoxide (CO) systems. These valves are compatible with applications requiring scalding prevention or rapid response to changes in water temperature and pressure. Hot and cold water mixing prevents scalding. When the control knob sets the temperature to a certain value, some hot and cold water will flow, and the outlet water temperature will change accordingly, regardless of the inlet water temperature, temperature, or water pressure. The outlet water temperature remains constant. The temperature control knob can be freely set within the product's specified temperature range.
