These fine noodles are an organic product, which means that they are made from wheat semolina obtained from organic farming. A very important part in the production of the dough to make these fine noodles is extrusion, which keeps the dough below 45º C, this is done under vacuum and at low speed so that the proteins are not denatured, then it is given the shape and through a low temperature drying process and a final 1st quality inspection we get the perfect product so that all your recipes have an exquisite and most natural taste.
