Artfully designed Wkinger pendant made of 925 sterling. The central motif is the god of war Tyr with his hand in the mouth of the giant Fenriswolf. The upper and lower part of the pendant is decorated with rune decorations. the chain pendant is partially blackened on the front. The necklace is about 1 mm thick and subtly oxidized. We have three different lengths on offer: 45 cm, 55 cm and 65 cm. background: According to Norse mythology, Tyr was the god of war and Thor's brother. He stood not only for the struggle, but also for justice. However, his famous oath hand was later bitten off by the Fenriswolf.  Fenrir, the giant Fenriswolf, was a child of the fire god Loki. In the ragnarök world fire, he devoured the father of the gods Odin before he himself was killed by the Ases.  runes were used by the Germanic peoples from the 2nd to the 14th century, especially for inscriptions on stone. Most of the surviving runic inscriptions come from Viking Age Scandinavia.
