UHF Reader Writer for ISO18000-6C EPC GEN2 Protocol

This black plastic RFID reader and writer supports multiple international frequency standards and ISO18000-6C (EPC GEN2) tag communication protocols. It features a built-in antenna and software-adjustable output power for straightforward tag reading and writing tasks. 1. Made from black plastic, the unit connects through a USB interface that functions as either a virtual keyboard or a virtual serial port and requires DC +5V power. 2. It operates on national (920-925MHz), American (902-928MHz), and other multinational frequency bands using either broad spectrum frequency hopping or software-settable fixed frequencies. 3. The integrated 2dBi circular polarization antenna allows a maximum tag reading distance of approximately 0.5 meters and a maximum writing distance of approximately 0.2 meters, varying with power settings and surrounding conditions. 4. Software controls allow the output power to be adjusted between 12.5dBm and 26dBm, while the device supports active, passive, and answer operating modes. 5. Each shipment includes one reader writer unit, with minor cosmetic variations possible across different production batches.
