Vitacrecil complex (hair and nails) 30 packets

Vitacrecil complex by Vitacrecil is a food supplement with a balanced combination of nutritional elements for the nutrition of hair and nails. Contains L-cystine, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, biotin, iron and zinc. An adequate zinc intake is one of the factors that helps keep hair and nails in optimal condition. Biotin is a vitamin whose sufficient dietary intake contributes to the normal maintenance of hair. Cystine is a sulfur amino acid that constitutes keratin. It is recommended to take 1 sachet for a minimum of 3 months. Press the sachet with your fingers in different directions and pour the entire contents into a glass with 250 ml of water. Stir with a spoon for complete dispersion. Consume immediately afterwards. It can be taken at any time of the day. Do not exceed this dose. Not recommended in disorders of cystine absorption or elimination. Keep out of reach of small children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place.
