Description

Wheat Sourdough with Dry Yeast from Il Molino Biological is a dried sourdough made from soft wheat flour type 0 with the addition of a small percentage of dry yeast. It is obtained by fermenting the flour for 50 days and its use helps to obtain soft and fragrant preparations. Excellent for the preparation of bread, pizza and focaccia, it can also be used for desserts. 80g of product are suitable for leavening 2kg of flour. Once the package has been opened, it is advisable to transfer the powder into a closed glass jar and place it in the refrigerator, where it will keep for 6 months.
