Description

This variety of Italian rice is characterized by long, rounded white grains and is especially suitable for making risotti. It takes 20 minutes to obtain a smooth risotto whose grain texture remains firm to the core thanks to the specificity of its starch. A perfect balance between firmness, creaminess and rapid flavor absorption for a refined risotti. It is recommended to brown 1 volume of rice with a little fat. Stir until the grain begins to be translucent. Gradually add at least 2 volumes of hot broth and continue with your chosen risotto recipe (about 20 min.).
