Probios white kamut rigatini are a product with an exceptional porosity that perfectly absorbs any seasoning and keeps cooking very well. The white specialty of khorasan kamut Probios wheat is bronze drawn, dried at controlled temperature according to traditional methods to respect the nutritional characteristics and organoleptic qualities. This wheat originates from the fertile crescent, is grown according to the organic method and is preserved in purity. It is among the very few grains that, precisely because of its precious characteristics, has not been subjected to modern programs of selective crossbreeding and hybridizations to modify its qualities. We recommend eating al dente. May contain traces of soy.
