Celnat Brown Rice Flour provides you with most of the nutrients of the whole grain, formulated with rice, which is an excellent "fuel" for the body in a balanced meal. This rice flour will allow you to make light preparations: cakes, pancakes, brownies, creams... Rice cultivation is said to have begun at least 10,000 years ago in Asia. It is the world's leading cereal for human consumption. Depending on the refinement of the rice grain (whole, half-whole or white), the nutritional contributions are different. This rice flour is made from brown rice, i.e. whole grain. It is advisable to make a well-cooked rice bread, mixing ¼ of rice flour with ¾ of type 80 wheat flour. May contain traces of other cereals containing gluten, soya, nuts ( hazelnuts, almonds, cashews ) and sesame. Gluten content > 200 ppm (This product is not suitable for the production of guaranteed gluten- free or low- gluten products) Store in a cool, dry place (10 to 15 ° C).
