Wotan's Knot 215 with Snake Chain - Silver

Artfully designed necklace pendant "Valknut" with matching snake chain made of 925 sterling silver. The elegant necklace is about 1 mm thick and subtly oxidized. We offer three different lengths: 45 cm, 55 cm and 65 cm. The pendant is partially blackened so that the design comes into its own. Wotan's knot is surrounded by a runic ring. Dimensions: approx. 26 mm Diameter Weight: approx. 5.5 g Inner dimensions of the eyelet: approx. 7 mm high x approx. 4 mm wide Meaning of the symbols: The Wotan's knot (Valknut) consists of three intertwined triangles and stands for the power of Wotan / Odin. The runes represent the 24 signs of the so-called elder Futhark. This runic alphabet was used by the Germanic tribes until the 8th century.
